Do I have to pay a fee or sign a contract to use PostcardsPLUS.com?

There are no membership fees or contractual obligations to place an order.  The only fees are those incurred by placing an order.

Sending postcards using PostcardsPLUS.com is new for me. Can someone walk me through it?

Unfortunately no, we cannot walk you through creating your postcard.  However PostcardsPLUS.com does have a technical support line at 1-800-287-5710 and we would be happy to answer any questions.  We do have a free training video which can be view at any time and as many times as you’d like.  Click here to access the PostcardsPLUS.com training video.

What types of products does PostcardsPLUS.com offer?

PostcardsPLUS.com specializes in postcard marketing.  We offer a standard sized postcard (4.75" x 6.1") and a “jumbo” postcard (6" x 9").

Will PostcardsPLUS.com print something that is not one of your templates?

Yes, we will. We can print designs that fit on one of our standard sizes (standard 4.75" x 6.1", jumbo 6" x 9"). Please contact our Customer Support Team for requirements or take a look at our "Design Your Own" postcard specifications.

How much do your products cost?

Our current pricing is as follows: Standard postcards are 50¢ each and Jumbo postcards are 80¢ each.  It is important to note there is a 100 card minimum.  If you purchase a mailing list through PostcardsPlus.com you will be billed for the names as well…  Typically 8¢ per name/address.

What is the turnaround time for orders placed through PostcardsPLUS.com?

It generally takes PostcardsPLUS.com about 48 hours to print, laminate and deliver postcards to the post office.   For First-Class mailing, the US Postal Service quotes 3-5 business days for delivery on the East Coast & 5-7 days on the West Coast.

Turnaround times are an estimation of processing time required to fulfill your order and cannot be guaranteed.

Which file types do you accept for address lists?

We accept the following file types: Tab Delimited Text (.txt), Comma Delimited (.csv).  If you have a format other than those, feel free to contact our Client Care team at 1-800-287-5710.  We cannot guarantee that we will be able to use your list, but we will try!

Do you accept address files in a label format?

No, we do not. Addresses must be listed in a spreadsheet/database format.

Where will my order actually mailed from?

Sarasota Florida.

Why does my postcard need to be Laminated?

Lamination is required to ensure the quality of your postcards while traveling through the mail. Lamination is our most durable coating and is recyclable as a paper product.  Lamination is part of the service and is lumped into the ordering costs.

When ordering from PostcardsPLUS.com, how can I have some extra postcards sent to myself?

There are two ways to do this:

1. If you are only looking to have one card come to you from each order, there is no need to do anything!  PostcardsPLUS.com automatically sends a sample card of each order to the billing address of the credit card which is used.
2. Add your name and address to your address list as many times as you like.  Each of these cards will have the duplicate address on them.

I am creating a design using my own software. What are your print file specifications?

What file types does PostcardsPLUS.com accept for printing?

PostcardsPLUS.com accepts JPG & BMP images.  If your design program cannot output to one of the acceptable types, contact Client Care for help.  We cannot guarantee that we can use your format, but we will try!

What does the term "bleed" mean?

The term "bleed" is used in the printing industry to describe a design where a background color or image extends to the very edge and no white border is desired.  The bleed is ¼ of an inch on all 4 sides of the postcard.

Can PostcardsPLUS! print my cards and send them to me so I can mail or hand them out from my location?

Unfortunately no. due to our lamination process all information (including the address and postage indicia) must be printed directly on the card.  Stickers (labels) do not adhere well to the plastic lamination which is used to protect your postcards.

Is there a minimum order required?

Your order minimum is 100 postcards.

What happens to my postcard and images after they are uploaded to PostcardsPLUS.com?

Your postcards and images will reside in your account until you remove them, or if left unused they will be removed after a minimum of six (6) months. This is done to conserve server space and to keep our postcard prices as low as possible. If you have used certain postcards and images within six (6) months they will not be affected.
